FIRST STEPS!!!

Photo Board

At another craft night with the ladies we made these photo boards using cork boards,batting,ribbon,tacks,buttons and material. We glued buttons to thumb tacks before pinning them in the board. They were so much fun to make. It looks so good in Justin's room.

Finally Finished The Ruffle Shirt

We made these shirts at a craft night with some ladies in my ward and I finally finished it. It is not perfect, but I think it turned out great and my sister-in-law really liked it. We were inspired by ones from J.Crew. The blue shirt is what I made. One picture with the cardigan and one without.

NEWEST CARD

I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE MY MOST RECENT CARD BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT TURNED OUT CUTE. IT WAS FOR A BABY SHOWER OF A FRIEND.

NEW CARSEAT

JUSTIN GOT A NEW CARSEAT FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. HE LOVES THAT HE CAN SEE OUT THE WINDOW NOW AND THE WIND BLOWING IN HIS FACE WHEN THE WINDOWS ARE DOWN WHILE HE READS HIS BOOK.

MY ARTWORK

My Sister-in-law Kimberly and I decided that we wanted to paint some canvas' to hang in our houses. We looked around stores to get ideas then we picked the colors and drew out the designs. FYI Kimberly is actually a really good painter and drawer so hers were much more technical, but I am very proud of myself for how mine turned out. Here they are and I also redid my couch it used to be green and white checkered. I got a cream colored slip cover from my Mother-in-law for free and then we found these great pillows on sale and then we got a better deal because the beads were falling off of the ends. We didn't really like them anyway so we just cut them off. They were a great price. I love how it turned out. So here it is.(P.S. I was watching the Bachelorette on Monday night and they had the same flower pillows as the ones on my couch.)

Justin learning to walk

We got Justin this new toy for his birthday so that he could learn to walk. He seems to be liking it and doing a good job using it.
